Unsourced production companies and distributorsEdit

I know I've told you this before. When you add a distributor or production company, you have to add a citation to verify it. I don't understand why so many editors think they can just add whatever companies they want to an infobox. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:40, 29 August 2020 (UTC)

I've explained how Wikipedia works several times now. The next time I see you change sourced content, blank sourced content, or add unsourced content, I'm going to block you. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:20, 11 October 2020 (UTC)

Sorry.Edit

I don't mean any trouble, it's just that I remember seeing it on Starz Kids & Family back in 2008, it just wasn't documented well. I hope you're not mad at me. Arthur&JohnnyDude69 (talk) 8:55, 6 September 2020 (UTC)

Not at all. It’s just that there aren’t any sources that explain just that. You must have imagined it being on there or something. Luigitehplumber (talk) 00:57, 7 September 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for being nice, also I think I found a schedule listing that could prove that it aired there, I'll send you the link if you want. Arthur&JohnnyDude69 (talk) 9:24, 6 September 2020 (UTC)

Re: Play with Me SesameEdit

I was looking at the DVD covers and discs, and it looks like they also credit MTV Networks/Viacom as a trademark owner, near the bottom of the cover: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/mGkAAOSwzZtfJ3Ec/s-l1600.jpg This time, though, it says "Play with Me" (without Sesame) is the trademark.

I'm confused too how both companies are credited, but I'm trying to make sense of it... The only consistency supported by all sources is that "Play with Me" (by itself, without Sesame) is always credited to Viacom. To make an assumption, it sounds like Viacom registered the shortened name by itself, which I think they did use for the games on Noggin.com. I guess it's possible that both Sesame Workshop and Viacom registered the full title since they have both been credited for it at various points, but I don't know too much about trademarks in the first place... Squittens (talk) 18:43, 24 October 2020 (UTC)

Maybe both Viacom and Sesame Workshop own the rights to the show, well at least for the former in the United States, considering the UK version with its own segments aired on Playhouse Disney over where I live for a few years or so. Luigitehplumber (talk) 18:50, 24 October 2020 (UTC)

Strawberry Shortcake’s Berry Bitty AdventuresEdit

Sorry about that, I saw it on their website and thought they were the original distributors. -- JamsterYT (talk) 12:12, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

That’s okay. No harm has been done. Luigitehplumber (talk) 12:17, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

Also, on the topic of Strawberry Shortcake, someone added Hong Ying Universe to the infobox of the 2003 series, should that be removed? Because I think they were just a service studio. -- JamsterYT (talk) 12:26, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

Sure. I need to do editing to the 2003 series page anyway, as I’ve just finished a separate episode list page. Luigitehplumber (talk) 12:29, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

I replied to you on my talk page. -- JamsterYT (talk) 17:50, 28 November 2020 (UTC)

Another thing I wanted to ask, I noticed Taffy has a Turner logo at the end. Would that be allowed in the infobox, or would it be a similar situation to Jetix Europe where it can’t go under production companies? -- JamsterYT (talk) 22:46, 1 December 2020 (UTC)

Same thing applies to that with Jetix Europe. Cyber Group handles distribution for Taffy as well. Luigitehplumber (talk) 23:03, 1 December 2020 (UTC)

Jetix cee & ruEdit

can you write about jetix cee & ru in the article jetix europe? or need to create a new article? Roadnite56 (talk) 20:03, 25 December 2020 (UTC)

can I* Roadnite56 (talk) 20:08, 25 December 2020 (UTC)

I could do one, because with the grammar you've got, I don't think that would be suitable for Wikipedia. If I had any time to, I could fix it up. Luigitehplumber (talk) 01:14, 27 December 2020 (UTC)
