Usage

This template should be used on a file page or article/draft talk page when an email has been sent by the author to the OTRS system.

To add this template to your page, copy and paste the following code:

The template {{subst:OP}} will automatically expand to the following:

{{OTRS pending|year=2021|month=01|day=18}}

The file will be added to Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission and if there is a delay in permission being confirmed the file will be progressively categorized under Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission for over 30 days‎, Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission for over 60 days‎, and Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission for over 90 days‎. However, if any edits are made to the file page, the template timer will be reset and the file will be moved back to Category:Items pending OTRS confirmation of permission.

The permissions-en backlog is currently 17 days. If this number is over 10, then the template will transclude this message, "Please be aware that there is currently a 17-day backlog processing messages sent to the permissions-en queue."
