Monce was invited to be on the Board of Advisors for the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Madhya Pradesh Hub, and was also the youngest Alum to have been invited to join the Old Columbans Trust (OCT) of the prestigious St. Columba’s School, New Delhi in the capacity of Exec Secretary. Monce was also invited by Alma Mater to be a Member of the Platinum Jubilee Core Committee (PJCC), St. Columba’s School, New Delhi on the occasion of the Platinum Jubilee (75 years) of the institution. Monce was most recently awarded with the recognition as a Global Ambassador of Human Rights and Peace, by the International Human Rights Advisory Council (IHRAC) and All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS).
 
In 2015, Monce was invited by ‘Child Rights and You (CRY)’ to run the ‘Airtel Delhi Half Marathon (ADHM)’ (21.1 Km) as a Care Champion (Diamond) – With no prior history or training in distance running, Monce completed his first ever Half Marathon with a finish time of 2:15:31. Within the next 3 months, in Feb 2016, Monce attempted and successfully completed his first Full Marathon ‘New Delhi Marathon 2016’ (42.2 Km) as Child Rights Champion for ‘Nine is Mine’ initiative with a finish time of 4:31:21. In 9 more months, within his first year of having attempted long-distance running, Monce successfully completed his first Ultra Marathon ‘Bangalore Ultra Marathon 2016‘ (50 K – enduring muscle pulls for almost 25K of the distance) as Child Rights Champion for ‘Nine is Mine’ initiative with a finish time of 7:22:46 (pdf). In his second year, Monce attempted the 100K Ultra Marathon as a Wish Champion for Make A Wish India but was able to earn only the 75K Finisher Medal with a finish time of 14:06:02 (pdf).
 
Monce scored in the 97th percentile in the 2014 Mensa IQ test, placing him in the top 3% IQ of the world. Monce is an autodidact and polyglot, and currently speaks 6 languages including English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Spanish and German.
 
Monce is represented by The Outstanding Speakers’ Bureau, the leading organization in India & Asia, for all his speaking engagements. Monce has been hosted to address gatherings at : AICRA Global Artificial Intelligence Summit & Awards 2019 (Media – English | Media – Hindi) hosted by AICRA ; Research Connect Forum 2019 co-hosted by IIT-Gandhinagar and Elsevier ; Seedspace Dar es Salaam Bootcamp 2019 hosted by Seedstars, UIncept iXi Summit 2020 (Media), NSUT E-Summit 2020 (Media) amongst other leading organizations.
 
Monce did his schooling from St. Columba’s School, New Delhi and holds a Bachelors Degree (First Class with Distinction) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University.
