Olive(band) was formed in 2010. The name of the band was taken from Olive plant-a species of small tree in the family Oleaceae, native to the coastal areas of the eastern Mediterranean Basin as well as northern Iraq, and northern Iran at the south of the Caspian Sea. The band decided to use the word “Olive” as a band to make it as their name because of Biblical reasons. One the reason is the attachment of the band to Alburquerque Christian Church as regular players of the Church. Olive is used in the Bible as instrument to ordained kings, prophets, disciples, etc. and also a symbol of unique Christian peace. They listed several Biblical names and when they were about to perform, eventually choosing "Olive" and adding “band” on the list. They were signed to "OPM2Go.com"<ref>http

The album has 10 songs--- "Words"<ref>https://opm2go.com/songs/olive-words-words</ref>, Next Year Since, Kabataan'g kanta,<ref>https://opm2go.com/songs/olive-words-kabataang-kanta</ref> Grace like rain, Iibig Muli, Tropa, Fly High, Mahal Kita, My All, Always be my Hero, the official graduation song of the San Roque National High School--- with two bonus tracks, For You acoustic version and Labis na Pag-ibig. Listening to the songs, Olive is creating a sound different from the rest, it's a Olive brand of music toning down the sound of maturity and turning up the volume of inspiration. The songs in the album are melodic, rock and really speak about their age and the fans.
