Standing to reason, in my last edit summary here it should have been *and probably from Old Norse "Arnadalr".

The place names Arundel and Arendal are derived from Old English "Harhunedell" probably from Old Norse "Arnardalr". The second part of the compound noun is "dell" ("valley") in Old English and "dalr" ("valley") in Old Norse. I've presumed that no citations should be made if their content is proven to be wrong.

Neither Proto-Germanic "*saiwiz" ("sea") nor "*īsą" ("ice") have been derived from a Vasconic substrate but rather from Proto-Indo-European "*h₁eyH-" and either "*seykʷ-" or "*sh₂ey-wo-". This is stated in Wiktionary and may be thought to be correct.
