Actually, the template doc provides a detailed guideline on how to de-blacklist links. I've change the link back and slightly reworded it to make it clearer.

Let's try collapsing the links again, they've gotten twice as long with the blacklist info. Not super comfortable with that CSS, but seems to work in all circumstances I tested.
Reword: rm word "spam" from template and focus on whitelisting, some editors are removing all links quite aggressively without consideration. Remove the "cannot be reverted" part because a revert is actually possible.
