restore "UNDO" pending discussion; there's been enough questions about the change to warrant revert

While equally unorthodox, this makes the shortcut somewhat less cryptic and arbitrary.

I addressed this argument on the talk page more than a month ago, and you never replied. Why are you suddenly reverting without discussion?
Unlike the other uses of the arrow, with undo the user is shown the edit summary, can change it, & confirms the edit, whereas with page blanking &c, the summary is added without notice or confirmation

Why did you remove the WP:AES-linking arrow?
1. This is really quite hideous clutter of the edit summary box. 2. This is /not/ a revert, "Reverted" is simply false. 3. "Undo" is a simple term, and the section at Help:Reverting is paltry & unnece

see MediaWiki:Revertpage, it says Reverted, not Revert.m
undid sounds weird; many people place their summaries in the present, too
