Speed vs. time for objects experiencing force, for constants =1. Laminar flow may reach terminal velocity faster or slower than turbulent flow, but the shapes are different due to the difference in curvature of the exponential function compared to the hyperbolic tangent function.
I used Google to graph the equations, then edited in MS Paint
