Retrieving this portrait to prove its survival is nowadays possible because it was found in circa 1982, the beginning year of Cheers's original run. However, locations of copies of and information about, including authorship of and publication of, this portrait are currently unknown. Nevertheless, if it is found to be of the US work, and it was either published prior to 1923 or created by either an anonymous 120 years prior to the current year without the first publication within these years or author who died 70 year ago, this portrait may fall into the public domain[1].
