Chemistry—A European Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes articles on all areas of chemistry and related fields. It is published by Wiley-VCH on behalf of Chemistry Europe and is a sister publication to other scientific journals published by Wiley-VCH, including Angewandte Chemie. The journal publishes original research and topical reviews in all areas of chemistry.[1]

The Editorial Board is chaired by Kuiling Ding (Shanghai institute of Organic Chemistry), Kendall Houk (University of California, Los Angeles), and Jean-François Nierengarten (Université de Strasbourg).[2]

According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has an impact factor of 4.857 (2019).[3]
